In honor of my recent anniversary here at VideoSift, I have decided to submit an amazing video entitled "Barack Obama vs. Pennsylvania". I expect it to be lavished with lots of * quality and * promote tags, and I also believe it will change lives in the process. This will probably break upvote records here on the Sift, I'm just being realistic.

It has also come to my attention that I am up for an NAACP/PETA/ACLU Online Image Award for the 2007/2008 internet year. This is a great honor, and I'm ecstatic to be nominated. There are many people to thank for making this possible: George W Bush, for being the greatest President of this century; Hillary Clinton, for standing by her principles and dodging gunfire in the name of her country; Barack Obama, for showing us that church can unite us all; and finally, to Gov. Eliot Spitzer and Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, for showing exceptional moral leadership in these trying times of recession and depression.

Finally, I'd like to thank all my followers here on VideoSift for their daily fanmail, thoughts, and prayers. You all keep me humble and grounded. I will now and forever be, BillOreilly: Defender of Freedom, Purveyor of Truth, Master of the Obvious, King of My Own Little World.

I know some guys and girls here on the Sift are deep into MMORPGs (Massive Online Games like Warcraft) I myself had never got into any role playing games until last year. I revealed on the sift earlier that I accidentally bought a MMORPG with absolutely no knowledge of what exactly a MMORPG is. Sure I've had jobs where people talked about warcraft, but I've never been a gamer and never really understood what the deal was.

I bought a powerful system last year and wanted to try out a good powerful game (I have never owned a highend console since the N64, or have owned ever had powerful computer.)

I like the books and movie, so I was sure I would like a game modeled after "Lord of the Rings" - The Graphics on the box were enough to make me buy it. After the first 10 minutes of playing. The graphics, the gameplay, the concept were all awesome to me and I was pretty much hooked. After a couple of months I had built my character up pretty good. Suddenly I was pretty elite and my character was an important piece to win raids.

The more elite you get the more insanely long the raids get. In this case, it took us about 2hrs to setup this raid and about 2 more hours to get to the point we were at. One of the characters picked up a dropped item that another character wanted and left, our progress lost. It was at this point where I decided this world was pointless and I left my character at the Prancing Pony for good.

Second Skin is a documentary that follows the life of 7 such gamers for a full year. The Trailer is below and everything you need to know about the film is on Mahalo. Veronica interviewed the filmmakers at SXSW - check it out too.

Well, I sat down and watched "Freedom to Fascism" last night, and I couldn't believe it. Every American needs to watch that documentary. I'm not going to go into a huge spiel here. If you want to know more, you can watch it for yourself. Federal Income Taxis illegal? You bet. It is absolutely dumbfounding that our government gets away with what it does. To think that every citizen in the nation is paying income tax when it it completely illegal and against the Constitution. You need to watch this documentary, then write your congressmen and suggest it to them as well. After watching the movie, My friend and I got to talking about social security as well. So far we have not been able to track down anything saying that we have to pay it either. Actually, by definition, it to is illegal. Anything you pay into social security does not come back to you. It actually goes into the general fund, thus making it a tax. And any direct tax on your wages, is illegal. So if anyone can find me something saying other wise, I'm going to call SSA to get a refund.

[Edit] Heres what the US Constitution has to say about direct taxes.
The 9th Amendment on Income tax - "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." Technically an Income tax is a tax on business. You do not make an income. You make wages.
Well watch the movie for a more intelligent explanation. I'm telling you, you wont believe it.

Cheney's Law - Frontline Documentary Online

The new season of Frontline kicked off last night with "Cheney's Law," an examination of how Cheney has championed greater (unlimited) executive power for over 3 decades, starting in the Nixon administration. Some interesting history, but it mostly covers the current Bush administration, particularly the role of David Addington, former legal counsel and now chief of staff to the Vice President, and John Yoo formerly of the Office of Legal Counsel (DoJ).

Not only can you view the whole documentary online, it's in Flash format. No embedding afaik, but I imagine someone out there will download the flv files and have them up on YT in no time.
