The massive spammed text does not include "*" and the only way this happens is if it's edited. That means, that he discarded the post and covered his tracks as best he could. There is no reason for leniency here.

As much as I dislike Bill'O for his flippant comments and inability to engage in a thoughtful argument, and as new as i consider myself here, I still think that thinker, you were outta line.

You participated in one of the very things I dislike about Bill'O (real AND sift versions)
"CUT HIS MIC!!!" comes to mind. Then you act all high and mighty.

The real loss of people like that comes from their eventual realization that they have been leading inauthentic lives (in an Ebenezer Scrooge sorta way), and they're gonna try to bat your nose around to get you angry, because once you're angry they know how to handle you.
